Tammy Vigue is a retirement lifestyle planning expert with over 20 years of experience in the pension and investment industry, where she consulted on employer group retirement plans totaling nearly a billion dollars in assets. Combining her financial expertise with 17 years as a Certified Life Coach, Tammy helps individuals redefine retirement beyond just income replacement. She has advised thousands across Canada, collaborated with financial advisors, and spoken internationally on retirement lifestyle planning. As the founder of The Curated Retirement, she empowers clients to transition into post-career life with purpose and confidence.

Linda Parsons, Executive Coach

Linda is an experienced executive coach, whose practice supports clients in expanding the range of possibilities, ideas and choices for their personal and professional lives. Linda’s work is informed by her 30-year corporate legal career, executive coach training at Columbia University, public and private board experience, and deep commitment to family and community. Linda has extensive experience supporting clients through career transitions, including full and partial retirement.

Kirsty Minford, Psychotherapist

Kirsty Minford is a qualified psychotherapist and mental health practitioner with a unique blend of expertise in both Human Resources and psychotherapy. With 15 years of HR experience, Kirsty supported individuals and teams through complex transitions, including mergers and restructurings. Now, she applies this experience to help clients navigate the emotional and psychological challenges of transitioning from work to retirement, offering tailored guidance that promotes personal growth and well-being. Her deep understanding of organizational and personal change makes her an ideal coach for clients seeking clarity and purpose in their post-career lives.

Susannah Burock, MSc., WELL AP, LEED Green Associate™

Susannah is a WELL Accredited Professional and LEED Green Associate with a Masters in Workplace Health & Wellbeing, who is passionate about delivering an exceptional workplace experience. She has worked with Fortune 500 clients around the world and conducted research on organizational resilience, job satisfaction, work culture, and neurodiversity in the workplace speaking extensively throughout Europe as a subject matter expert. As Vice-President of Global Workplace Strategy at Swiss Re, she led the development of innovative workplace strategies that advanced the client and employee experience; aligning with Swiss Re’s mission to manage risk, build organizational resilience, and power progress. In her current role as a Principal Consultant for ZenixSpace, she works with clients in the financial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and educational sectors to develop strategies that foster operational excellence and align with ESG and net zero goals, shaping human-centric, inclusive environments that support productivity and well-being at work.

Leanne Kovacic

Leanne has over 20 years of experience working with multi-national organisations, across various sectors including Financial Services, Information Technology, Industrial, Manufacturing & FMCG. Leanne is a customer focussed leader with strong communication skills and is passionate about employee wellbeing and improving employee experience. Leanne is originally from Australia and has held regional and global leadership roles and has successfully managed multi-cultural and geographically dispersed teams. Leanne studied Design Science at the University of Sydney and Change Management at The Wharton School. Leanne currently resides in Switzerland.
